Princes wins Best Training Initiative at Food Management Today Industry Awards
We are delighted to have won the Best Training Initiative at the recently announced Food Management Today Industry Awards 2021.
This award recognises the success of the Princes’ Commercial Graduate Programme which this year saw a record number of applications.
Over 855 graduates applied this year for six places – up 15% – and applications had to close seven weeks early due to the unprecedented demand.
Our commercial graduates spend eight months at a time rotating across Sales, Marketing and Buying and gaining real experience. During this two-year period, they get a really good grounding in the company and our many different brands. Alongside this, they receive a highly competitive salary, great benefits package and the opportunity to achieve professional qualifications.
Despite the challenges of the pandemic, we made it a priority to continue with our graduate scheme this year and look forward to our new graduates getting started over the coming weeks.
