The 7 values we have created, each letter spelling out the name ‘PRINCES’, represent the way we conduct ourselves and do business.
Alongside every value is a short statement. Each one is a clear action.
Only by continuing to truly embed our values in our culture will they make a real difference in our business and our working lives.
One fantastic example of our values in action is the Pride in Princes Awards.
Every quarter, we ask our colleagues to nominate an individual or team they believe have gone the extra mile. We are never short of nominations and are continually amazed at how far our colleagues are prepared to go to get the job done well. The awards are a great demonstration of our values in action.
Values need to be lived, breathed and respected. This means continuously checking that they remain fit for purpose for our business today and tomorrow. They need to be timeless and give a consistent sense of what it means to be part of the team at Princes.
We will continue to encourage colleagues to share ideas and opportunities to raise the profile of our values further. We are happy to be judged against them.
