Working in Production

Our manufacturing teams play a key role in processing our raw materials into high quality finished products to serve our customers and consumers.

Whether it be manufacturing food or drink products, our people work with process technology and automation on slow, medium and fast filling lines.

As well as jobs for production operatives, we have opportunities for fork lift truck drivers, warehouse roles, hygiene roles, laboratory technicians and we need people to work in ingredients processing and kitchen batching roles.

There are also opportunities to join the planning and scheduling teams to ensure the complex production schedules run to plan and align with any maintenance schedules.

Operating with a continuous improvement mind-set in a lean organisation, we’re looking for people with a keen eye for detail and quality who are passionate about what they do.

Working in Engineering

A vital role in the company, our experienced engineers have responsibility for ensuring our assets and equipment are flawlessly operated every day.

With their planned, preventative and autonomous maintenance approach, our engineers work to reduce the cost of maintenance and increase performance efficiency of our asset base allowing greater opportunity for further business improvement.

Across both our food and drink operations, our engineering function plays an important role in partnership with the manufacturing teams in the drive to be the most efficient least cost producer.

Working in Management
