It is why we place such an importance on evolving our Apprenticeship Programme.
We currently have over 60 colleagues across the UK on an apprenticeship and they range in age from 16-year-old engineers who have just joined us, to colleagues with established careers taking additional coaching, project management or managerial qualifications.
All are looking to develop new skills for life and to unlock their full potential.
There are a huge variety of apprenticeships available ranging in time from 15 months to four years and examples include: Engineering, Project Management, Coaching, Leadership, Food Technology and Technical, to name a few.
