Southern Italy carries a unique legacy of culture.

It features many major tourist attractions, such as the Palace of Caserta, the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and other archaeological sites. There are also many ancient Greek cities in Southern Italy and a multitude of beaches, woodland and mountains preserved in several National Parks. In addition to its cultural heritage Southern Italy is also famed for its fine food and fine wines.

Our headoffice in Angri, which is south of Naples, employs c50 employees in various functions in the support of our Foggia production site. Foggia is one of the most modern and efficient ambient tomato processing facilities in Europe. The 120,000 sq metre factory processes in the region of 300,000 tonnes of fresh tomatoes annually. The vast majority of fresh tomatoes used at Foggia are picked locally and travel a short distance once harvested for processing at the plant.

The site employs c300 people all year round but during the tomato season (July-September) this can increase to c1500 in order to process the crop in the limited time available.
